Social Events

Two social events are organized during the conference:

Wednesday 20th March: Boat cruise on the Seine river

Two shuttle buses will depart from the conference site at 7pm. All participants to the boat cruise have to be in the Hall of the buliding at 6.45pm.

The goal is to board at 8pm at:
6 quai Jean Jean Compagnon
94200 Ivry sur Seine

The trip will take 3 hours and include a tour of the main Parisian monuments (Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, etc.). Shuttle buses will bring everyone back to the conference centre, for a return at around 11.30pm.

PS: We strongly recommend taking advantage of the shuttle bus service, as it is difficult to reach the boarding area by public transport.

Thursday 20th March: Gala dinner

The gala dinner will be held at the Bofinger brasserie at 7.30pm, whose adress is:
5-7 rue de la Bastille 75004 Paris
